    Business Manager

    • Ensure the continuous growth of the Restaurant in sales and profit.
    • Planning menu with the Executive Chef.
    • Ensure HR and Administrative policies, processes and procedures are relevant, responsive, up-to-date, in line with the best practices, and properly communicated organization –wide.
    • Ensure that the quality of service delivered is in line with agreed service standards.
    • Effectively oversee the general day to day running of Crossover Restaurant.
    • Promoting and Marketing the restaurant.
    • Recruit, train and supervise the staffs.
    • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
    • Assessing and improving profitability 
    • Handling administration and paperwork
    • Customer service delivery.
    • Maintain standard quality control, hygiene, and cleanliness of the environment.
    • Agreeing and managing monthly budgets.
