    Business Development Manager

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to champion our
    • Clientele/market expansion. Selected candidate will be the front of the company and is expected to have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
    • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Job Functions / Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Business Development Manager, or a relevant role.
    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the Real Estate sector.
    • Proven sales track record of KPI delivery in related field.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Proficiency in English.

    Marketing Copywriter

    Job Description

    • Creating copies to disseminate the company’s core message to target audience.
    • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team.
    • Writing and presenting business proposal copies to Management
    • Modifying and creating copies for social media post and advert publications.
    • Overseeing the writing of all copies for the company’s brands
    • Hold and attend pitch meetings with prospective clients to market our service offering.

    Job Requirements

    • 3 years of experience in a writing related space
    • B.Sc in English, journalism or related field
    • Candidate should be comfortable with hitting daily deadlines.
    • Candidate must be skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copies.
    • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
    • Candidate should appreciate and assimilate constructive criticism.
    • Candidate should be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
    • Candidates should be self-starters and detail-oriented.
    • Enjoy working as part of a team.
    • Candidate should be strategic thinkers.
