Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable opportunities
- Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas.
- Track marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
- Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- think strategically - see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- work strategically - carry out necessary plan in order to implement operational changes
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
- Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams
- Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Train team members, arrange external training where appropriate
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with team members/management
- Seek ways to improve business operations
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate for business growth

● Education Qualification:
● BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Experience
Proven working experience as a Sales, Marketer, Business Development Manager and relevant positions.

- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
