    Business Developer

    Sector:    Healthcare
    Reports to: Clinical Manager
    Location: Ikeja, Lagos
    Job objectives:    Our Client seeks to hire a Business Developer, who is skilled in executing business development activities by identifying business development opportunities and crafting key marketing strategies through concrete research. 
    KEY EXPECTATIONS / DELIVERABLES 

    • Developing customized targeted sales strategies based on consumer needs, and resolving challenges; completing audits; identifying market trends and implementing change
    • Provide assistance to team members with daily marketing tasks and coordinate marketing strategies and activities.
    • Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, executing and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
    • Identify business development and marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
    • Improve service marketability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
    • Building business relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits and exploring specific needs.
    • Liaise with in-house marketing and design team by coordinating content development for various collaterals. 
    • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Responsible for budgets and ensure that all deadlines are met timeously. .

    Job Requirements
    Education / Qualification

    • BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
    • MBA or its equivalent is an added advantage.

    Experience

    • 2 years minimum cognate experience as a business developer.
    • Knowledge, Skills and Competency Requirements
    • Adept in implementing business development strategies.
    • Excellent power point skills and good communication.
    • IT fluency and basic Digital marketing skills.
