    Brand, Marketing & Corporate Communications Strategist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Brand, Marketing & Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team and help us grow our reputation in the market and appeal to a larger audience.
    • As a Communication Specialist at our company, you will manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our company. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive public image of our company. You will also lead our organizations communications team, develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate’s identity and mission.
    • As a Brand strategist, you will work closely with brand managers, marketing specialists, and social media managers to develop methods to enhance a brand’s visibility and market share. This role balances creative, analytical, and strategic thinking. Brand strategists conduct rigorous analysis and market research to understand customer behavior, then use that information to develop marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, improve our brand’s positioning, and generate revenue.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure our brand message and tone are consistent across all online and offline channels.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Create effective communication strategies for our company.
    • Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our company’s positioning.
    • Craft our differentiation strategy
    • Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
    • Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
    • Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
    • Develop our social media strategy.
    • Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, etc.)
    • Design sketches of the mass media announcement
    • Write content for company website.
    • Plan events, seminars, and press conferences
    • Communicate with media regularly.
    • Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc.
    • Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team.
    • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.
    • Handle all social media accounts for the Client.
    • Increase visibility and followership on all Revent social and digital marketing platforms.
    • Developmarketingstrategies, goals, plans and materials to generate sales leads.
    • Execution of brand strategy and product strategy for Revent Holdings and our clients.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organizations mission.
    • Oversee the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work.
    • Draft proposals for marketing and communications projects and business development purposes; presents on and promotes these projects to management and clients.
    • Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
    • Prepare and delivers presentations in the company to share information.
    • Prepare and distributes direct marketing products.
    • Represent the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Interviews, hires, and trains communications staff.
    • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    • Brief our creative team about marketing projects they will be working on (for example eBooks, email campaigns and advertising banners).

    Required Skills / Abilities & Education

    • B.Sc or MA. in Communications or Marketing
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brands and Communications field.
    • Excellent managerial skills (Management experience is an added advantage).
    • Superlative communication skills in all forms.
    • Excellent strategic organization skills.
    • Ability to think creatively.
    • Ability to adapt and respond to difficult questions and issues.
    • Ability to create, implement and apply a budget.
    • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing.

    Growth and Business Strategy Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Growth and Business Strategy Manager to join our team and help us grow and expand our client base.
    • As a Growth and Business Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing growth and business strategies for Revent.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional team members in driving business growth across the organisation.
    • You will also be responsible to take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the company’s product journey. From determining positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base.
    • This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, HR, finance, legal, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the growth and business strategy for Revent, in partnership with cross-functional teams across the various subsidiaries.
    • Develop and manage a business development plan, focused on growth strategy, client engagement, partnerships and business strategy. You will be responsible for identifying specific client development and growth opportunities, and ensuring strong market performance.
    • Lead and manage the growth process across the stages (e.g., evaluate, ideate, experiment, scale, measure, and iterate)
    • Use quantitative and qualitative user insights to inform the growth roadmap for Revent
    • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain alignment on key growth opportunities
    • Optimize product funnels and marketing campaigns to reach growth goals
    • Develop and maintain the client relationship map and ensure a robust engagement strategy for key relationships is in place, and also help management drive the development of personal client relationships.
    • Track broader industry trends and changes to help the management understand the broader market landscape, while having a deep and broad understanding of Revents product and service offerings.
    • Attend and actively participate in relevant conferences to stay on top of relevant industry trends and seek opportunities to drive partnerships for the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing
    • Experience leading growth channels and partnerships.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
    • Ability to analyze data, identify growth and acquisition trends, present key findings, and apply findings to future growth programs

    Fixed Income Trader

    Job Summary

    • The Fixed Income Trader will be expected to conduct a thorough market research, analyzes the market conditions, and assists in meeting the clients' financial goals by correctly identifying and purchasing the bonds. Will also be involved in the marketing of fixed income solutions and strategies that will help in providing better client services.
    • He/she is responsible for managing the daily trade volumes to ensure timely and appropriate execution of the orders that are in compliance with the regulatory policies.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Continuously monitor the market conditions and remain updated on the current market trends and prepare relevant reports.
    • Provide an insight to the clients regarding their fixed incomes as well as relevant feedback to the analysts and portfolio managers based on the market trends.
    • Recommend new strategies by evaluating the existing fixed income investment plans.
    • Offer fixed income products and services as per the client's financial abilities and his interest in investment.
    • Perform all the back-end office work, to make entry into new markets, and to make sure that all the activities of trading are carried out efficiently by adhering to the rules and regulations of the company.
    • Maintain healthy professional relationships with the clients and handle all their issues and provide a timely resolution for the same.
    • Makes sure that all the documents and account records are maintained and updated regularly.
    • Ensures that they are accurate before they are submitted for the final stage of processing.
    • Remains in constant touch with the clients and provides support in all operational procedures and risk management.
    • Responsible for maintaining and updating inventory records of fixed income securities. Therefore, a fixed income trader is responsible for executing the transactions of fixed income effectively by gathering the relevant market information and performing a market analysis.
    • Taps the tactical opportunities, develops innovative trading ideas and concepts that are in compliance with the developed investment strategies.

    Required Skills / Abilities & Education

    • B.Sc. in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Fixed Income Trader.
    • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
    • The ability to sustain in a fast-paced work atmosphere
    • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
    • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
