    Brand Manager (Female)

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Objective

    • Responsible for coordinating the brand’s activities - sales, advertising, promotion, marketing research and distribution.
    • Accountable for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers
    • Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle
    • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
    • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand
    • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans
    • Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends
    • Define and manage the brand’s advertising and promotion strategies
    • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
    • Provide monthly product updates to management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

    Outlet Manager (Female)

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Outlet Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
    • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
    • Design and implement a strategic sales strategies that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
    • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

    Sales Executive (Female)

    Locations: Mainland and Island, Lagos

    Job Objectives

    • Supports the Outlet Manager to grow sales through a focus on excellent customer service and relationship management.
    • Act as a beauty and luxury lifestyle products consultant to walk-in customers in the assigned outlet.

    Reporting Relationships:

    • Functionally reporting to: Outlet Manager
    • Administratively reports to: Outlet Manager
    • Supervises: None.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.
    • Assist in the preparation of periodic physical inventory exercises.
    • Acts as advisor or consultant to walk-in customers and over-the-phone customers.
    • Provide friendly, efficient service to all walk-in customers.
    • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
    • Have deep product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
    • Actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.
    • Excite customers about how new products can enhance their lives.
    • Assist customers by suggesting additional merchandise that compliments their selections.
    • Assist in pricing merchandise, markdowns, restocking and other retail related duties.
    • Be able to effectively handle customer service issues.
    • Assist and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
    • Must be knowledgeable on the use of PoS Systems for sales & other check-out functions.
    • Support Outlet Manager to execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND qualification
    • 1 - 3 years of experience working in a luxury service retail environment, or other Customer service experience and/or retail sales experience.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Good reporting skills.
    • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
