    Billing Support Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for driving down the incidents, problem, trouble tickets, service request trends, configurations, Automations, Smal Development, backend fixes.
    • Analysis of Events / Renewals/ Service/System in error, provide work around solutions
    • Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite.
    • Provide support to Customer Operations team, Internal Users, Revenue Assurance and Business needs
    • Provide end to end L2/L3 support for billing appication modules (Billing Platform for 4G LTE platform Salary)
    • Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ chalenges faced by the team.
    • Billing Support Engineer Telecom Biling application support (Telecom BSS/OSS, KYC, Enterprise MySQL/ORACLEquery Billing Solutions,IT Applications)

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
    • Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in Telecom Billing and Strong in handling backend
    • Key skills: Unix / Shell Scripting / SQL / My SQL/ ORACLE and VoLTE.
    • Working experience on Rating, Billing, Invoicing,4G LTE, broadband services, FTH, WTTH.
    • Expert in Operational criticality Iike Backup & restoration, Fraud handing, Revenue sensitive
    • Overall knowedge of the E2Eapplication, systems & solution for their application suite.
    • Technical Expertise & Hands on sound knowledge to do Unix/Shell Scripting.

    Sales Officer - Fixed Line

    Summary

    • Sales Officer-Fixed Line manage and develop sales of wireless/fixed line internet solutions to customers in a pre-defined cluster. In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, Sales officers are custodians for retention and servicing the clients’ needs during their life cycle. They also have responsibility to ensure subscription revenue is achieved as per Annual Operations plan for designated coverage clusters.
    • The role of Sales Officer-Fixed Line is an executive position and reports to Regional Head/Manager. Lead Generation, Lead Management, selling skills and extensive sales knowledge are required to succeed in this position. One also has to have sales experience, particularly in a person-to-person setting.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster
    • Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales
    • Create Sales Pitch and related communication materials
    • Work with Regional Head/Manager-Sales on sales and marketing Plan
    • Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients
    • Maintain an update of communication with clients
    • Sales Officer-Fixed Line requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.
    • Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis
    • Make use of sales management techniques
    • Liaise with Customer care team to monitor client communications and life cycle management.
    • Develop, build, and manage a client base
    • Handle the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up
    • Work with the Marketing Dept. to develop and execute Residential Sales initiatives
    • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
    • Follow up on leads generated through walking out, research and promotional events
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the residential sales programs
    • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service related issues

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
    • Direct sales experience from Telecom/ISP plus Banking and/ or Insurance but with diversification.
    • Required experience from IPNX, ISN, Telecom/ISP industry- Added advantage 5) Candidate should have door to door, front line, cold sales and direct sales experience.
    • Age between 25 and 30 Years.
    • Ability to work independently and without supervision
    • Tools- CRM Software, Spreadsheets, Adobe PDF Suite etc.
    • Well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage.
    • Job changing should not be too frequent.
