Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily financial operation of the company and provide effective financial management services to the company and also enforce accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Creditors, Debt follow-up and recovery,
• Proper record of Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly staff payroll/ tax deductions and all related calculations
• Manage Fixed Asset Register
• Examine all account books for efficiency and accuracy
• Acts as an interface between the company and its bankers
• Filing and Remitting taxes and other financial obligation
• Keeping proper inventoryrecords of pharmacy products.
• Prepares a schedule of monthly fee notes and clients’ payment status
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Finance, Accounting with First Class or 2nd Class Upper Degree
• 1 - 3 years working Experience as an accountant
• Good attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
