    Account Officer

    Reports To: MD

    Main Functions

    • The Account officer shall be creating and processing invoices.
    • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy. Managing a company's accounts payable.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Preparation of cheque / cash payment vouchers
    • Bank Reconciliation of bank accounts.
    • Update fixed assets register.
    • Review of all monthly returns and retirements.
    • Preparations of salaries & wages.
    • Monthly report to Finance Manager.
    • Preparation of monthly accounts for all entities within the organization.

    Experience / Qualification

    • Minimum HND in Accounting.
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years Accounting experience.

    Competence / Skills:

    • Must be highly analytical
    • Pay great attention to details.
    • Excellent written and oral communications.
    • Proficient in at least one accounting software (e.g. Excel).
    • Computer savvy.
    • Proficient in typing.

    Behavioural Qualities / Other Competences:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suites, MS Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
    • Maintaining high level of professionalism and work ethic.
    • Honest.
    • Team Player.
    • Conscious of need for confidentiality.
    • Regard for following rules of the accountancy profession.

    Sales Representative

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

     Main Function

    The main function of the Sales Rep is to sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers, maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and meet pre-determined sales target.

     Role Responsibilities

    • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
    • Identify new customers and ensure lead generation
    • Cover all the Eastern States in Nigeria
    • Develop sales proposals and make presentations of  company products and services to current clients and  prospects
    • Develop and maintain a customer database
    • Develop and maintain sales promotional materials
    • Plan and conduct direct sales and marketing activities
    • Negotiate with clients and follow up on sales activities
    • Conduct product trainings
    • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
    • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
    • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client   relationships
    • Carry out market research and surveys
    • Participate in sales events
    • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product  development
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Marketing Executive

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

     Main Function

    The Marketing Executive is expected to secure and expand pharmaceutical business and handle marketing coordination. Also, to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products. The role of the Marketing Executive encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. The Executive is expected to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns
    • Strategically create demand for the organization’s products
    • Communicate with target audience and build and develop customer relationships
    • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
    • Devise and present ideas and strategies to achieve overall marketing objectives
    • Organize promotional activities
    • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
    • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts to create product demand
    • Run social media channels to enhance audience engagement
    • Organize events and product exhibitions nationally
    • Maintain updated customer database
