Bruce and Chyka are actively involved with the daily operations of the organisation. Bruce oversees The Big Group corporate and private client activities with Chyka concentrating her creative energy on The Design Depot and the operation of the companies new retail business, Capital Kitchen at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
The Big Group’s executive team is well established and is comprised of proven hospitality leaders. The workforce of The Big Group comprises over 600 employees, 65 of which are full-time located at the Richmond head office, warehouse and catering kitchen or our CBD sales and marketing office.
The Big Group has a major events department that manages and caters exceptional food and wine for bespoke intimate dinners, weddings, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvahs, kosher catering, Melbourne Cup Carnival to the top 500 corporations and government departments. We exclusively manage two venues, Luminare and Mural Hall and service day-to-day catering to 100’s of boardrooms all over Melbourne. We are big - and produce up to 7,500 events annually.
