The objective of the ... read moreCorporation is to create model industrial and residential estates which will enhance the quality of lives of the inhabitants by providing excellent environment of international aesthetic standards. To this end, OPIC is empowered to perform the duties of a planning authority on the Corporation's estates, layout parts of its landed properties into industrial and residential plots for allocation, develop parts of its landed properties and let them out on commercial basis and promote Companies for purpose which may seem directly or indirectly calculated to benefit the Corporation. As property developers, OPIC is empowered to develop, construct and manage housing and industrial estates vested in it not only in Ogun State, but in any part of Nigeria.
The Corporation is empowered to carry on the business. of builders, architects, Consultants, Surveyors, bricks, block and tiles makers, as well as house and estate agents. OPIC is also empowered to sell, lease, let, mortgage and otherwise deal with and dispose of any land, house or building on its estates.
OPIC ESTATE
Layout designs of OPIC Estates are carried out with due consideration of aesthetics, peace, security, pleasure and comfort of residents. Each Estate is provided with public and social facilities such as neighbourhood parks, medical clinics, schools, libraries, police and fire stations, auto  stations, shopping complexes, banks, restaurants and night clubs, place of worship, waste disposal depot etc.
