In 1989, the IECD implements vocational training projects to promote the sustainable integration of young people into the labor market. In 1992, he founded the first school in Cameroon Family Farm, which gradually extend to all parts of the country, and would spread in Côte d'Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC). In 1994, the IECD contributes to the creation of a hotel and catering sector, by supporting the development of a vocational school in Beirut, the first stage of the training program for careers in hospitality and tourism. For ten years, the IECD has multiplied its actions in the field of vocational integration, especially in the fields of industry and health.
In parallel, the IECD is involved in supporting small businesses, the main engine of growth and job creation at the local level. In 1998 was inaugurated the first Center in Cameroon Management and Services. The program is then replicated in Côte d'Ivoire, the DRC, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Finally, the IECD is for the access of vulnerable people to education and health. In 2006, he launched the first in Madagascar Centers Educational and School Building (CERES) in the rural area of ​​Fianarantsoa.
