In parallel, the IECD is involved in supporting small businesses, the main engine of growth and job creation at the local level. Finally, the IECD is for the access of vulnerable people to education and health. In 2006, he launched the first in Madagascar Centers Educational and School Building (CERES) in the rural area of ​​Fianarantsoa.
