In his position, he undertook series of international assignments in developing competencies and training strategies for green field operations and also successfully managed the Company’s Technical Training Center in running a "State of the Art” Apprenticeship Training program that earned "Center of Excellence” award from the City and Guilds of London. He also developed and implemented competency-based training programs and other Competency Assurance initiatives at Company and Global Competency Assurance and Training level.
He is a Member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and also, a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
