Personal Investment in Agriculture (PIA) is an initiative of Eskil Farms and Agro-services Limited, and it is aimed at awakening the investment drive in agriculture in the average Nigerian.
Eskil Farms and Agro-services Limited, having studied and understood the fact that an average Nigerian does not invest, to them, investment is only for the rich. We have begun to educate Nigerians on the need to invest with a view to changing their mind set and positioning them for financial sufficiency.project
In view of the fact that agriculture is a sure form of investment as you can see what you do with your money and monitor it grow. Investment in agriculture gives a minimum of 100% returns (all factors being constant).
This project, Personal Investment in Agriculture (PIA) is meant to encourage Nigerians to invest in agriculture so that the multiplier effect can be felt by all and sundry.
PIA as managed by Eskil Farms and Agro-services Limited is meant to make mechanised farmers in absentia thereby creating multiple benefits.
It encourages people to put their money into agriculture, while their investments (farms) are managed by others, thus, increasing the financial base of the investors, and providing jobs and food for the teeming population of Nigeria.
The scheme, PIA, as of now is into crop production and animal rearing as we presently have several acres of maize, cassava, Ofada rice and also lands for fish ponds, pig pens that we are managing for our investors. Our farms are spread across Abeokuta in Ogun State and Lagos, South-West, Nigeria.
