Consequently, the firm aims at recruiting only graduates who are encouraged to acquire professional accounting and information technology qualifications. All professional members of staff participate in the comprehensive training programs of the firm which are designed for employee empowerment and also to improve our service delivery to clients.
The management team of AIMS is composed of highly experienced Chartered Accountants and Systems experts who have worked for many years in areas of accounting, auditing, software development, management and control. It is a formidable team that has offered business solutions for over 25 years. There are also associate consultants and firms of auditors affiliated to AIMS around the country.
The management team is led by the Founder and Managing Consultant, John Onobote (FCA).
