    Youth Corper-Office Administration

    One of its clients is in need of a Youth Corper-Office Administration in Abuja.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

    •  Provide professional support to the Leadership Team in terms of diary management,logistical support, office management and travel arrangements.
    • Provide ongoing administrative and office facilities support to the business, including but not limited to: filing, photocopying, document binding, organizing couriers, liaising with external consultants and contractors in Ireland and abroad.
    • Manage the travel arrangements and coordination for the management team and others as required
    • Lead small Projects as assigned by management limited to requesting, sorting and filing suppliers’ due diligence documents and other compliance related documents
    • Help preparing bid, submitting proposal and follow up
    • Act as the first point of contact as reception for internal and external clients and contacts via telephone, email and when visiting offices
    • Manage the inventory of office supplies and being the point of contact for new hires
    • Provide administrative assistance to compliance function, including but not limited to requesting, sorting and filing suppliers’ due diligence documents and other compliance related documents
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Other general administration duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Bsc in Management, Social Science and other related courses
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
