Telesales Officer at George Houston Resources Limited

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Telesales  for Human Resource Management Company Located on the Mainland, Surulere, Lagos.
 JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION

• handle incoming sales calls and inquiries.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. 

Skills/Qualification 

• BSc. / HND in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• 1-2years relevant experience as Telesales Officer in Consulting environment
• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
• Good Communication skills 
• Must be Tech savvy
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.

 AGE : 25-32years

 SALARY :  N50,000 plus commission
