Team Lead – Treasury Sales Managers (Wealth Management & Retail Departments) at Trovest Capital Partners

Job Summary:

• Growing the team's AUM to N15B+ and increasing treasury sales of institutional, retail, corporates, individual (HNIs & UHNIS), counter-parties and the public sector and leading all treasury sales managers.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any finance-related discipline.
• Minirnum of 5 years' relevant experience with an emphasis on asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development, treasury sales, and wealth management growth within asset management
• Drive deposit mobilization and build strong client relationships across sectors.
• Contribute to strategy, identify growth opportunities, and expand assets under management
• Provide investment advisory services and manage tailored client portfolios.
• Market financial products and assist with reporting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
