    What You Become a Part of

    • The successful candidate will be responsible to maximize sales force effectiveness and productivity across all our business segments in Nigeria

    What to Expect

    • Responsible for driving best-in-class standardized processes and tools to support performance excellence in Sales force automation and CRM tools
    • Champion monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget planning, tracking, and analysis thereof at territory, regional & commercial unit level based on potential, market share, competition & customer base
    • Champion adoption and implementation of regular sales cadence Process by tracking, monitoring & reporting on KPIs using dashboards to drive accountability and enable effective Root Cause Analysis
    • Review and track sales performance via monthly, quarterly, and yearly - upside / downside along with weekly review with sales leaders
    • Support the territory, region & business heads with required data analytics to improve sales force effectiveness and enable the commercial team to make informed decisions
    • Coordinate & convene regular sales reviews with regional leadership and responsible for driving, tracking the action points for completion
    • Support sales team with formats and tracking analytics
    • Work with scientific promotion, product management, and sales teams to ensure full alignment with Sales Cadence, thus enabling an effective, efficient, and repeatable monthly Commercial Management Process
    • Ensure effective implementation of processes and guidelines and create/tailor local processes to constantly improve the efficiency and ease of doing business
    • Report on month to month changes in Business and Market Dynamics, outlining potential Opportunities and Risks
    • Define Training needs for the sales team and ensure sales excellence through training & exposure.
    • Own and deliver valuable insights using commercial analytics to identify growth opportunities and track progress for all business segments and product portfolios
    • Generate business insights to enable account-wise sales planning with a view to improving profitability
    • Lead and implement product training (ACE training), technical and selling skill development along with evaluation and assessment
    • Build the right commercial mindset & culture across business areas sales, marketing clinical value, and RPS teams
    • Ensure practical learning of newly hired team members in all the commercial teams through role-plays, field trainers, external KOL trainers, etc.
    • Build and keep up to date EDAPP training course content across all portfolios
    • Ensure field competence and capabilities through various knowledge assessment methodologies

    Essential Skills, Experience & Education

    • Bachelor’s degree required (min) with a preference for a master’ degree in business administration, finance, or economics
    • At least 3 years of working experience in analytical roles, preferable within Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Finance or Consulting
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of Commercial Excellence and SFE processes
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex analyses in a simple way. Advanced presentation skills with proficiency with MS PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving competences
    • Strong numerical understanding and advanced proficiency in MS Excel with a basic understanding of financial modeling in MS Excel
    • Self-starter with an ability to stay independently motivated and deliver the assigned mandate
    • Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally with diverse colleagues
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written, oral)
