Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.

• Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Foster positive relationships with our online community through active engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns in coordination with marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Generate regular reports to showcase social media performance and trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and increasing engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and emerging trends.
• Strong creative and writing skills with an ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Ability to or willingness to learn how to edit videos on Capcut
• Ability to use or willingness to learn how to use Canva for basic designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization for social media.
