Social Media / Marketing Specialist at Upperlink Digital Solutions Limited

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
•  Create engaging content, graphics, and videos, to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Manage and grow social media accounts by responding to comments and messages timely.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and conversions
• Collaborate with designers, and other members to align marketing efforts
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management & digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Experience with social media analytics and paid advertising platforms 
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
