    Social Media & Community Account Manager - Cryptocurrency

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Social Media and Community Manager who will be responsible for the company and clients' community engagement, content, and social media voice. As the Community Manager, you'll create and deliver content that's optimized, develop social media community management, and more. Interest in blockchain and crypto is a definite advantage!

    Minimum requirements

    • Experience in social media and community management
    • Presentation and people skills
    • Interest and knowledge in blockchain and crypto space
    • Online community experience
    • Flexible attitude that works with adjusted timelines
    • Be a good team player
    • Familiarity with technically-centric social and community platforms (Discord, Telegram, Reddit)
    • Familiarity with common social media platforms
    • A high standard of written and spoken English
    • Ability to instantly build rapport with existing community members
    • Good time management skills
    • Accuracy and an eye for detail

    What we’re looking for

    • Must be digitally savvy and have a strong knowledge of social platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit & Instagram
    • Exceptional customer service skills with some experience in community management or customer service
    • Demonstrate a love for analytics and measuring success with data
    • Perfect written English being able to interchange and engage in written conversations
    • Time management skills and ability to autonomously prioritize tasks
    • Excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of tone of voice and the right way to speak to the community
    • Comfortable working across various communication channels
    • Loves communicating with people

    Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

    • Strategy for developing online social communities
    • Strategy for developing social media content, campaigns, and publication
    • Manage CRM
    • Create and develop community and social media campaigns
    • Manage website content and creation
    • Engage with existing community members
    • Identify and reach out to potential customers and partners
    • Promote events
    • Maintain ongoing customer and partner relations
    • Develop new ways to engage the digital community
    • Use a variety of internal tools to efficiently work across customer service and social channels

    This is a full-time remote position, the ability to organize, prioritize commitments and be proactive are essential.
