SEO Specialist at Mejo Marketing Agency

As the SEO Specialist you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the SEO strategy and implementation across multiple assets that will play a huge role in driving ours and our  clients business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop implement and optimize SEO strategies that increase the assets search engine rankings

• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
•  Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports
• Identify buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
•  Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices across the industry Google, Bing, Amazon, Yahoo etc
• Work with a team of  website, blog  and content writers to improve website search results across multiple assets

Requirements:

• Experience planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• Experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Interest in social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube) •
• Interest in reading and participating on Forums and Blogs to futher enhance best approach and practise . 
• Very good communication skills. 
•  SEO knowledge and understand how to create forward and back links
•  Auditing and reviewing our site performance and strategies to find opportunities to deliver SEO ranking & revenue growth 
•  Conducting competitor analysis to find opportunities and new tactics and strategies to deploy to drive SEO ranking & revenue growth across link building, on site, content 
•  Identify weaknesses within the SEO profile of our websites and develop strategies for growth in multiple markets 
•  Keeping ahead of and reacting to Google Algorithm updates, analyzing changes across the market and actioning projects as a result/in preparation of these updates
•  Analyse markets, competitors and trends to find sweet spots for delivery
•   Briefing technical site improvements into product and ensure they meet all Google guidelines / carrying out technical updates where possible
•  Ability to produce strategy and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously 
•  1+ years experience in an SEO role - or the capacity to demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt you have the necessary skills to rapidly grow your knowledge base, implement and execute successful campaigns  across all assets
•  Strong knowledge and experience using SEO tools (Majestic, Ahrefs, GSC, ScreamingFrog / SiteBulb / DeepCrawl, SEMRush, etc..)
•  Strong command of the English language and grammar
•  Demonstrable examples of successful SEO campaigns to be discussed at your interview
• Understand the intricacies across blogging , website and social media content and how they impact on seo strategies
• Must be creative enough to come up with going viral concepts and strategies
