• To provide administrative support to the Head of the Business Unit. A success in this role requires a proactive individual who takes initiative   as required as well as a good knowledge on the use of office equipment.

Job Duties

• Be assertive, tactful and highly diplomatic.
• Pay high attentive to details and discrete.
• Possess good verbal and written communication
• Interpersonal relationship with good customer service skills.
• Be highly organized and good time management skills
• Must have basic knowledge on Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Qualification

• National Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies / Office Technology Management

Experience:
