    Sea-Freight Coordinate Operations officer

    Requirements

    • Coordinate customs clearance process 
    • Coordinates export and import operational activities 
    • Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on their request 
    • Prepear imported cargos for examination 
    • Coordinate shipment with importer, truckers and carriers 
    • Maintain accurate and complete record for all freight forwarding operations 
    • Liase with customs brokers and shipping line in resolving issue of clearing 
    • Handle shipment documents such as bill of lading, packing list, docket receipt and certificate of origin
