Sales Representative at a Rapidly Developing Drinks Brand

Your job description

As part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate new business for SURE-JECE DRINKS. You will be directly responsible for promoting our products, securing new customers, and building a loyal customer base. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to be part of a growing brand.

Main Focus: Initiating and Closing deals and generating revenue directly.
Sales Point: Your location and its environs! Occasionally, you may be assigned sales points.
Hours of operation: You are responsible for your time. As long as you fulfil your weekly minimum Sales Target efficiently.

What we want from you

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or direct customer interaction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven and motivated by sales goals.
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with local markets and customers is an advantage.

Some of your key responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell SURE-JECE DRINKS products to retail shops, supermarkets, and individual customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify potential markets and sales opportunities, including local events, trade fairs, and social gatherings.
• Educate customers about the benefits of our products to encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competition to help shape sales strategies.
• Manage stock and ensure product availability in your assigned area

Compulsory probation period for you

• Three (3) months

• During your 3 months’ probation period: Negotiable
• If you successfully pass your compulsory probation: Negotiable
• If after your probation, you meet our fair expectations of you, you have the opportunity to work overseas at any of our Regional offices (including at Tunisia, Seychelles, and Mauritius, among others)
