    Sales & Marketing Executive (Hospitality)

    Our client in the hospitality sector seeks the services of a Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for for expanding the company's service reach and profit revenue by identifying new markets and attracting new clients. The Sales & Marketing will be responsible for researching new business opportunities, identifying likely sales points, developing strategic plans and sales strategies, and undertaking presentations to and negotiating with prospective customers. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that the Customer Service and Customer relations quality levels are at a high level.

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for Catering
    • Increase the company’s brand awareness. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
    • Provide practical solutions to management based on client feedback
    • Maintain clients database and ensure it is regularly updated
    • Create a database of business charter owners and operators. Ensure that it is updated regularly
    • Write standard operational procedure for the marketing unit
    • Represent the marketing unit as and when required internally and externally.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules; assigning employees; providing back-up.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards; Resolves customer problems by training customer service representatives.
    • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
    • Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations


    Job Requirements

    • 2-5 years proven experience as a successful sales professional in the hospitality industry.
    • Bsc/Hnd from a reputable institution
    • Product mix development skill,
    • Business development skill, brand management skill, marketing communications skill
    • Closing skills, motivation for sales, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy level, meeting sales goals, professionalism
