    Sales & Growth Specialist (Oil & Gas Services)

    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a target-driven sales professional with experience in prospecting and presenting at C-Level to secure new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive individual with a deep understanding of recruitment solutions and a successful sales track record in the oil & gas industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • C-Level Engagement: Prospect and present to C-Level executives to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and candidate placements.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Proven track record in sales within the oil & gas industry, with experience in recruitment preferred.
    • Skills: Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment processes and solutions.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
    • Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
