    Sales Executive

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the target industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and Food & Beverage industries.
    • Promote and sell the company's product range, including food colors, flavors, and beverage emulsions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of sales experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage industries preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand technical product details and convey them effectively to clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
