    Sales Engineer

    Job Description

    • Be primarily in charge of promoting all technical, teaching and engineering equipment
    • Maintain fruitful relationship with existing customers
    • Generate business leads and following up on business opportunity
    • Cold calling potential customers and building good and solid relationship
    • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly
    • Working to keep monthly sales and targets and KPI’s
    • Arranging meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations and
    • Follow up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
    • Working closely with other team members to develop new businesses
    • Researching the market to identify new potential target customers
    • Attending industry conferences, meetings and events in order to generate business leads
    • Keeping track records and data base of customers
    • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and markets
    • Contacting potential customers through emails and phone calls to establish rapport and set up meetings
    • Client relationship Management and prompt response to customer needs
    • Proposal writing and presentation to clients
    • Product development based on clients’ needs and ensuring delivery of products meets standards
    • Monitoring of projects from start to completion stage and database management
    • Drive and develop plans for customers and negotiate and maintain product schedules
    • Analyze client needs and develop programs that meet those needs
    • Prepare weekly reports on activities and work plans for the following week
