    Sales & Customer Service Executive 

    We are looking to hire a competent / experienced Sales & Customer Service Executive to help us keep growing. If you're experienced at closing sales professionally, have excellent customer services and interpersonal skills, dedicated and ambitious, Rollance Logistics is an excellent place to advance your career. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Respond to customer inquiries via all channels through which customers reach out to us including email, social media, physical walk in and phone calls. 
    • Performs proper assessments for each customer's request to recommend appropriate advice, product or services 
    • Develop healthy and professional rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease when resolving a problem, recommending a product or service or trying to close a sale. 
    • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times 
    • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use 
    • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with all members of staff 
    • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers 
    • Accurately extract customer delivery requests for onward communication with the appropriate executing staff 
    • Generate sales channels ideas, initiate sales through same channels and follow through with closing such sales. 
    • Communicate with clients in English or other local languages you're fluent at or refer them to a capable member of the team. 

    Qualifications for Customer Service Sales 

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 
    • 2+ years of customer service & or sales experience preferred 
    • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of staff where required
    • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language 
    • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds 
    • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision 
    • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail 
    • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development 
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
    • Smart, intuitive and intelligent with great recollection skills.
