    Sales Associates

    Location: Surlere, Maryland, Ikorodu, Ikeja, Cele - Lagos

    Essential Functions

    • Solicit and secure new clients, sell and promote all lines of service or product.
    • Proactively identify, solicit and motivate targeted prospects using a variety of methods such as cold-calling, lead qualifying, presenting proposals and sales funnel management.
    • Present a professional image. Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively work with other departments to smoothly transition a new customer.
    • Monitor and report competitive activity.
    • Delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectations:
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Works with management to resolve customer complaints
    • Keep a profile of the current clientele of the business and regularly update the database
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications

    • OND in any field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to comprehend and follow direction, as well as strong time management skills.
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
    • Experience in sales/BDO/Marketing is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N40,000 monthly.
