As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and operational functions of our company, which specializes in selling first aid kits, evacuation equipment, and providing first aid trainings.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of sales processes, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and supporting the overall operational aspects of the business. Your ability to effectively manage sales operations and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
2. Manage the sales process from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
3. Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities in the sales of first aid kits, evacuation equipment, and first aid trainings.
4. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company guidelines and policies.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, monitoring shipment tracking and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM and inventory management systems.
9. Assist in managing inventory levels of first aid kits, evacuation equipment, and training materials, conducting regular stock checks, and initiating replenishment orders as needed.
10. Support the coordination and scheduling of first aid trainings, including securing training venues, coordinating trainer availability, and communicating training details to participants.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input on sales collateral, promotional materials, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
12. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and contribute to overall business strategy.
13. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. HND degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficient in using CRM systems, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and logistics coordination.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
9. Familiarity with the first aid industry, including product knowledge and training requirements, is desirable.
