    Sales and Marketing Executive

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
    • This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, as you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to reach a wide client base and drive significant revenue growth.
    • You will be a key player in expanding our market share and building a strong brand presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, networking, online lead generation, social media outreach, and industry events.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify and target new market segments and customer profiles.
    • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries and sectors.
    • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
    • Negotiation & Contract Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and quotas.

    Marketing & Communications:

    • Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
    • Brand Building: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity and messaging.
    • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and presentations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of proven success in a sales and/or marketing role, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving sales targets along with reach client base or portfolio.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify market trends.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Remuneration:

    • 200,000 Naira – 300,000 Naira monthly base pay depending on experience
    • HMO
    • Commission based incentives
