Retail Sales Operations Manager at The Hill City Consulting

Our client; a retail FMCG company with supermarket, veterinary, pharmacy and bakery seeks to engage the services of goal oriented and experienced graduates for the position of Retail Sales Operations Manager in its Ibadan, Abeokuta and Osogbo branches. The Retail Sales Operations Manager will generally oversee all activities and operations of the branch.

Job location: Ibadan, Abeokuta, Osogbo

Personal Quality:

Successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a good team player, assertive and be able to inspire and lead others. Should have knowledge of Retail/FMCG Industry, passion for retail with good communication, human relation and problem solving skills.

Should have adequate knowledge of PCN, NAFDAC, SON & other regulatory agencies
Key responsibilities include:

• Branch Operations management
• Sales Drive across the units & Target Actualization
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Facility Management
• Supply Chain Management/Inventory Management
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• Relationship management
• Reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 5 – 7 years’ relevant work experience as a manager/leading/managing a team within
• the Retail and FMCG industry.
• B.Sc. / HND in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field.

Remuneration:

Fixed Salary: N1,800,000 – N2,160,000 per annum.

And

Guaranteed Variable Pay: Successful candidate will earn a guarantee extra pay calculated based on store monthly earning and performance.
