Job Description

• We are looking for energetic and professional food runners to join our vibrant restaurant in order to handle the phone answering task, take guests’ delivery orders and train phone hosts while upholding the policies and quality standards of the organization to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards in service by implementing delivery order taking and punching procedures.
• Display a hospitable attitude to guests by greeting, guiding them in selecting food and beverage items, anticipating and responding to their needs
• Promote menu items by pushing sales
• Respect good grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation standards in the department
• Respect assigned schedule and duties
• Attend and participate in all briefings, training and meetings
• Maintain a good professional communication
• Abide by the opening and closing checklist
• Provide Outstanding customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma, HND in any field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role obtained in a well-structured organization.

Skills / Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Active listening, outstanding communication and people skills with great team spirit.
• Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
• Superb multitasking skills.
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
