    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • The regional sales manager will lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentor-ship, to meet quotas and goals.

    Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

    • Supervise target achievement within assigned territory and accounts.
    • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
    • Manage brand presentation within their region
    • Manage Stakeholders within their territory
    • Manage the various account receivables (including but not limited to debt collection) in conjunction with the General Manager.
    • Manage customer recruitment and retention.

    Person Specification

    • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing and relevant field.
    • Minimum 8 years sales experience.
    • Commercial and large-scale sales experience will be an added advantage
    • Proven experience in sales
    • Proven Previous experience as amanager
    • Must have leadership skills
    • Must be organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected.
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Team player that is creative, process oriented, and committed
    • Excellent knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Must be well organized and efficient, decisive, intelligent, and able to articulate well;
    • Must possess outstanding communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of P& L.
