Real Estate Product Development Manager at a Real Estate Company

Our Client is a foremost Real Estate Development Company situated in Lagos State and specializes in the development of luxury residential properties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create marketing campaignsdesigned to inform the public about product availability.
• Ensure that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.
• Drive the advertising efforts and media campaign for rela estate products.
• Liaise with Company Amabassadors.
• Develop catchy contents (captions and write-ups) about products in leaflets, brochures, print and electronic media.
• Organize and manage events related to company's products.
• Handle product presentation to defined and undefined audience.
• Arrange a prototype of a new product in order to secure approval to develop product lines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/HND in relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 05 years proven work experience in Real Estate Product Development.
• Ability to work independentlycombined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and Trustworthy.
• Proven leadership skill.

Remuneration: Negotiable.
