    Real Estate Broker

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including pitching and sourcing for new sale and lease transactions, conducting market analysis, developing marketing strategies, and negotiating offers. Managing transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and provide education and advice to clients. Building networks with industry professionals and staying updated on market trends and best practices to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Source for new properties available for sales and lease.
    • Assist buyers in identifying properties and arranging viewings.
    • Conduct thorough market research to assess property values and trends.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategy for listings, including digital advertising and open houses.
    • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach favorable terms.
    • Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and deadlines are met.
    • Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
    • Educate clients about the buying/selling process, financing options, and market conditions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors to provide comprehensive services.
    • Develop proposal for current and new client.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of first degree in Estate Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years real estate brokerage experience with track records.

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
    • Familiarity with Lagos real estate markets, property values, and neighborhood trends.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
    • Proven ability to negotiate effectively between buyers and sellers.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and provide informed guidance.
    • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently.
    • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong networking skills to build relationships with industry professionals and potential clients.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and support throughout the buying/selling process.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos road.
    • Ability to drive with valid driver license.
