A leading Real Estate Company in Lagos with notable presence in Mass Housing Development requires applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

• Applicants must possess HND/Degree in Quantity Survey.
• Experience in construction estimation is a must.

Job Responsiibility will include but not limited to the followings:

• Prepare Bill of Quantity for building and infratructure projects.
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
• Scrutinize material cost as well as contract to ensure the best deal.
• Manage project cost from innitiation to completion.
