JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to manage furniture and interior design projects from concept development through execution.
• The successful candidate will coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design expertise. project management capabilities, and extensive knowledge Of furniture production, interior fit-outs. and construction processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts that meet client requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, furniture layouts, technical details, and specifications.
• Coordinate project execution from design through completion.
• Liaise with clients. consultants. contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Ensure with building regulations, safety standards. and project specifications.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate furniture production and installation activities.
• Review shop drawings. material samples. and finish selections.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 3-6 years experience in architecture. furniture design. or interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. SketchUp.
• Revit. and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge Of furniture production processes and interior construction.
