Productivity & Operations Officer at Tractrain

Requirements

• HND/BSC/BA (minimum upper credit or 2:1)
• Minimum of 26 years old, extroverted and studied a business related course (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable post-NYSC relevant experience in similar role
• Excellent problem solving, administrative, sales and records keeping skills
• Must have productivity and performance tracking experience
• HR experience and tax knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Must be revenue, growth and results driven, and possesses verifiable high integrity.
• Possess strong networking, business development, & relevant certifications valued.
• Excellent spoken & written English and reporting skills
• Excellent (verifiable) social media marketing skills and business development skills
• Have excellent phone, customer care and follow-up skills
• The candidate must possess a valid government issued ID card
• Have a live linkedin profile with sizeable number of key endorsers
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and work weekends
• The candidate will likely be subject to a criminal record check.
