Production Manager, Poultry Line at Bizpoint Consult Limited

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities as they relate to the successful production of the product the company produces.

Education/Training Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Animal Science, Food Science, or Poultry Science (required)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer work orders
• Schedule production crew assignments
• Ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure production crew is trained on proper use and handling of chemicals
• Interview, hire, evaluate performance and administer disciplinary actions
• Oversee employee and food safety programs
• Ensure achievement of productivity and efficiency
• Confer with management personnel to establish quality control standards
• Plan and direct processing activities
• Establish processing priorities for products
• Coordinate processing activities with procurement and maintenance
• Consult with engineering personnel relative to the modification of machines
