    Product Portfolio Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Product-Portfolio Manager who is passionate about building products and managing portfolios that customers love and deliver the CDL’s vision and strategy. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build good quality loan portfolio, roll out products, manage relationships and stakeholders (Internal & External) and generate good revenue for CDL.

    Job Descriptions

    • Complete clinical and technical knowledge of CDL diagnostics market, including regulations, standards and competition.
    • Keeping a close pulse on the market and competition
    • Lead cross functional teams to design and develop new products, develop new features and enhancements, maintain existing features/functionality as it relates to account information
    • Develop and execute marketing and product strategies to achieve or exceed the business unit objectives of innovation and growth for the Market Segment portfolio
    • Expand the CDL product portfolio by assessing new products and services for inclusion in the portfolio, manage the CDL criteria, help name new CDL offers, and manage the portfolio taxonomy
    • Develop portfolio marketing plans in conjunction with our marketing and sales teams, to drive the acquisition of new customers
    • Act as the subject matter expert for the CDL portfolio in interactions with customers, internal stakeholders, and serve as a resource for outbound marketing and communications teams
    • Manage the multiple components of the portfolio to ensure it delivers market and financial objectives. Consider the pricing, promotion, sales, and marketing strategies to deliver the outcomes.
    • Communicate with sales and directly with customers to gain market insight & demonstrate market knowledge.
    • Work with product strategy to provide market insights and data to enhance product development and success. Seed the market through the product development cycle to drive successful product launches.
    • Ensure portfolio are effectively launched with particular focus on pricing, positioning, and competitiveness.
    • Provide the GTM teams the portfolio strategy, value statement, story, and market insight including opportunities and challenges.
    • Provide sales training and support by articulating a portfolio vision and strategy and, ensure the sales organization understands the vision and can communicate its value.
    • Develop and implement programs to drive increased customer and market feedback to the organization specifically Product Development, and Product Strategy.
    • Develop CDL portfolios story/message and communicate it effectively throughout the organization and the market.
    • Liaise with businesses that act as aggregators

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, investment or a related field preferred
    • Proven work experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies and risk management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellence in communicating complex technical topics to both technical and C-level audiences in compelling, innovative, and informative ways while working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
    • Strong content and messaging skills including building pitch decks, executive briefing materials, blog creation, public speaking, and other forms of content creation and delivery
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, create clarity, inspire confidence, own outcomes, and work well in a team
    • Ability to effectively lead and build relationships at all levels of the organization
