JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services required for operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will have strong procurement experience, with preference given to candidates with exposure to the oil and gas or energy sector.
• The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards, supplier reliability, and compliance with company procurement policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify. evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, POs, and contract negotiations
• Source materials and services in line with company operational and project requirements
• Maintain and update a database Of approved suppliers and pricing benchmarks
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor supplier performance in terms Of quality, delivery timelines, and pricing
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs
• Manage procurement documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
• Support cost control initiatives and budgeting processes

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Chain Management. Business Administration. Logistics, or related field
• 2-5 years proven experience in procurement or sourcing
• Oil & Gas or energy sector experience is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management. and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word.
• Strong analytical. convnunication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and multiple procurement demands
