Quebec Agrifoodpro Coop & Its payment service/agency banking managing firm have an opening for the position of POS Associate & Loan Officers in the listed locations:

RESPONSIBILITY

• Ability to recruit and manage POS Agents to serve in the areas assigned for full agency banking and Thrift savings/loan activities.
• Ability to listen attentively to customer’s needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
• Opening of accounts for customers
• Managing customer’s account
• Document verification
• Assessment of Customer’s Thrift, goods/shops…Etc
• Marketing and ensuring all Agents meet their daily transaction target and thrift savings collection.
• Supervision of Daily savings collection and monthly loan disbursement/ repayment collection.
• Use of Application software to manage customer's account.
• Resolve customer’s complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Supervision and Monitoring of POS transactions on all terminals across the coverage area.
• Ensure Monitoring Month to Month growth is recorded across all POS terminals in respective assigned areas.
• Advertising and Marketing the Point of Sale products to both new and existing customers.
• Ensure working closely with Customer Relationship Management on issues pertaining to POS.
• Coordinating and ensuring steady usage and Activity on our POS machines in merchants’ location.
• Prospecting and Identification of potential customers to be on boarded to start using our POS Terminals.
• Identify potential investors to invest in the organizations Agency Banking Shared Profit Investment Packages.
• Working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure recovery of loans given to customers.
• POS technician, configure POS, Install applications on POS machines, make sure applications are up to date.
• Make sure POS are in good conditions for the Agents end users
• Troubleshoot POS from the back end.
• Sending of POS Transaction report to the payment service/agency banking managing firm.
