Duties

• Provide administrative support to Wendz
• Calendar management
• Scheduling meetings and calls, taking notes
• Arranging necessary travel
• Hotel accommodations and itineraries
• Create weekly and monthly schedule. * Work and maintain contact with Wendz’s on day to day campaigns, projects and partnerships and businesses.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Have a no job is too big or too small attitude.
• Assist Wendz in the timely management of communications: including written, telephone, email and co.
• Compose and edit letters, documents, spreadsheets, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses and written replies.
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
• Coordinate onsite meetings and other gatherings as needed.
• Work with Wendz’s other staff to keep business seamless.
• Manage home and office and maintain orderliness.
• Run daily errands: grocery, personal shopping, mail, etc.
• Research industry trends and relevant business collaborations.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Must be computer savvy
• Office Suite
• Keynote, PPT, etc.

Basic Salary: NGN70,000 – NGN100, 000
Phone & Data Allowance Monthly: N5,000
