    Paddy Sourcing Manager

    Job Summary

    • A Paddy Sourcing Manager looks for and buys paddy for the company’s rice processing and production.
    • He or she also negotiates and reviews prices of paddy, checks quality and ensures that the paddy gets to the company Mills.
    • The goal is to ensure that the Mills will always have adequate paddy that meets its requirements.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in Food industry.
