Operations Manager at a Rapidly Developing Drinks Brand

Region: Lagos State (Mainland and Island)

Main Focus: Overseeing Production Activities, and generating revenue directly.

Hours of operation:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5pm.
• Saturdays: 8.00am to 2pm.

Office: You must be located close to Coker Estate Shasha Orisunmbare because of logistics.

Your job description - Production Site responsibilities

• Ensure a 5-minute fellowship of the Holy Spirit in the mornings.
• Ensuring that the Production staff are on-site and on-time.
• Taking stock of going ins and outs of products from the cold room.
• Taking stock of available items at the Production site.
• Ensuring that the environment and the equipment (e.g., the stairs and inside the building and bottles) are healthily clean.
• Use own initiative and give heed to those of the staff to recommend solutions to the management.
• Set daily goals for the Production staff.
• Set weekly goals for the Production staff.
• Seek innovation constantly.

Sales Responsibilities

• Brokering deals with certain retailers around and outside of the Production site.
• Demonstrating products or services.
• Negotiating prices and terms.
• Following up to close sales.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Building long-term relationships with clients.

• Strong communication and persuasion.

Customer service skills.

Compulsory probation period for you

• Three (3) months

Remunerations

• During your 3 months’ probation period: Negotiable
• If you successfully pass your compulsory probation: Negotiable
• If after your probation, you meet our fair expectations of you, you have the opportunity to work overseas at any of our Regional offices (including at Tunisia, Seychelles, and Mauritius, among others)
