    On-site Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts.
    • You will be responsible for creating content, managing posts, and responding to followers with the mission to sell and creating vibrant communities.
    • You will manage clients' brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
    • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
    • Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
    • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
    • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
    • Run advertisement campaigns on social media platforms.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields is an added advantage.
    • 3 - 5 years of social media management experience
    • Ability to create engaging and creative content.
    • Professional certification in social media management is strongly preferred
    • Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
    • Strong computer skills using Google Workspace
    • General knowledge of other marketing strategies to facilitate seamless collaborations and teamwork with other specialists.
    • Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
    • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of junior and interning social media managers.

    Payment

    • on-site: Working on-site with physical meetings
    • Must be able to work in a system, workflow, deadlines, etc.
    • Intricate Bonus system for rewards (can be higher than the salary) and deduction system as deterrents.
